Service
We take over the entire sale of goods for our clients on the ebay trading platform. Our scope of services includes the following points:
Listings:: We list goods professionally on the eBay platform via Afterbuy.
Accounts: We have over a dozen active long-term accounts on the german ebay trading platform. Our clients' goods are offered under our company name. It is also possible that we use existing client accounts for sales.
Complete solution: For large (international) companies that want to entrust us with the complete online sales of their products, we can also sell on our Amazon account and set up an Webshop if requested.
Layout: We use our own professional dynamic layouts for the listings on ebay and, if necessary, optimize our customers' product photos.
Inventory maintenance: We use Afterbuy to maintain the inventory of offers, so that all items are automatically offered in available quantities.
Communication: We take over constant communication with the end buyers of the goods six days a week via the Afterbuy ticket system.
Problem solution: Any disputes and problem cases that arise are resolved by us with the end customers and ebay in accordance with the clients agreements.
Shipment: Goods can be stored via our Fulfillment partners and shipped directly to the end customer when sold. The Fulfillment warehouse receives delivery notes from us every weekday in order to ship the goods via parcel to the end customers. If the client owns a warehouse in Germany, the client can also carry out constant shipping to the end customer via Afterbuy or the delivery bills.
Feedback: We clarify received negative reviews largely autonomously and efficiently with the end buyers and the platform.
Afterbuy: We create a separate Afterbuy account for each client. Using the account, clients can access orders online 24/7, track them in real time and, if they have their own warehouse, also manage delivery and create shipping notes.
Provision
Venodo: Our commission depends on the number of items, the effort, the risk, the offer prices and the expected sales and is usually between 5 and 12% of the sales revenue. ebay: By selling via the ebay trading platform, our clients only pay the ebay fees actually incurred during the sale for completely completed sales. Depending on the category, ebay takes a commission of between 5 and 12% on the sales price. You can see the current fees on the ebay Germany page here .
Amazon: New items are checked extensively by Amazon and retailers can only run one Amazon shop. That's why we only offer sales via Amazon to companies with a large product range. Amazon takes a commission between 6 and 12% off the sales price. You can see the current fees on the Amazon Germany page here.
Afterbuy: Many of our clients have their own storage capacity and ship orders to the end customer themselves. We work with Afterbuy and create a separate account for each client through which all orders can be accessed 24/7 and where the clients can also directly generate the shipping documents for shipping. Fulfillment: If you do not have your own warehouse and shipping solutions in Germany, your goods can be stored in a German Fulfillment-Center. We then transmit the orders to the Fulfillment-Center, which then ships the goods as a parcel to the end customer. We work with various Fulfillment-Centers with very different rates. Together we will find the most suitable provider for your goods.

Which clients do you work with?
We specialize in setting up and maintaining large inventories for medium-sized to large companies. We have both retailers and manufacturers as clients. We do not disclose who we work for in order to protect the identities of our clients. To work with us, you should be registered as a business and be able to achieve a long-term turnover of at least 10,000 euros per month. There should be sufficient demand for the goods on the platforms. We all speak at least German and English in our Team and have connections as far away as Taiwan.
Yes! We no longer maintain a shipping warehouse ourselves. For clients without a warehouse or shipping solution in Germany, we work with various Fulfillment-Centers that store the goods for our clients and ship them to the end customers. Buyer returns go back to the center. We can offer the complete package to large domestic or foreign companies that want to sell not only on eBay but also on Amazon and over their own Webshop in Germany.

For us it is usually irrelevant which goods are to be traded. As long as it can be traded on the platforms in Germany and it is not plagiarism. Ideally, the items should be multiple available and not too low priced. We are also very familiar with forwarding goods. It is important that the goods are searched for and generate regular monthly sales overall. We in general refuse to sell clothing due to the often high return rate. But we are basically open to any kind of goods
We usually prepare a monthly statement of sales, on the basis of which our customers send us an invoice via E-Mail, which we usually pay within 24 hours by (instant) bank transfer or in any other desired way. The statement breaks down the sales, all fees and our commission separately. If you achieve high sales and need a statement more frequently, we can also arrange weekly or for particularly high sales a daily statements.

About Us
It all started for us in 2002 in Cologne Germany with our own shop for mobile phones on the eBay trading platform.
The shop was so successful that we received more and more reguests from companies asking whether we could also offer their products on ebay for them.
We were happy to comply with this requests and as a result have expanded our range with a variety of goods from our commercial clients. We have specialized in medium and large customers who offer their own range of goods, for which we then set up their own accounts with their own shops.
We have now been successfully operating as a sales agent for over fifteen years and have a total of more than ten Accounts on the trading platforms.
We don't know of any comparable sales agency in Germany with similar expertise and experience. Some of our customers have been loyal to us for over 10 years.
